摘要：

This article analyzes the effect of affordable housing on ordinary commercial house price using regression analysis method and based on the 1999 - 2010 panel data. The result shows that: from the national level, affordable housing has a significant long-term impact for ordinary commercial housing price and will push it, because the crowding effect of affordable housing supply is greater than the streaming effect of its demand. Therefore, it concludes that: affordable housing construction should return to the nature of providing affordable housing; government cannot use affordable housing as a tool to stabilize prices during making real estate control policies.
