摘要
Since the activation foil and threshold detector arrays for evaluating the spatial distributions of neutron flux and energy, respectively, have traditionally been manufactured by hand, it was difficult to achieve the precise array density. In this study, a dense foil array with a precision of a parts per thousand currency sign6 A mu m was successfully fabricated by using a jet dispenser and printing device to arrange 100 Ag foils in an area of 16 cm(2), and a complex array of Ag and Ti foils was engineered with the same precision. As the result, high-resolution spatial distributions of the flux can be measured by more dense activation foil arrays.
