摘要
Fe/Cu multilayers have been investigated by means of Mossbauer spectroscopy, The samples show an alloyed FeCu interface layer. An increase in the ratio of the thicknesses of the alloyed interface layer and pure layer has been observed with the decrease in Fe (or Cu) layer thickness of sample. A small. negative magnetoresistance effect was measured. The magnitude of the effect increased with decreasing layer thickness. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
