摘要：
Design and performance of a private audit of mammography utilizing the BI-RADS(TM) classification in a private practice setting are presented. By using a combination of physical examination, mammography and, whenever necessary, additional views and sonography, the goals of the BI-RADS(TM) audit were met. Practical issues of this audit are addressed.
