摘要
Porous structure of biomaterials has shown better bioactivity in clinical trials. In the present study, an effective method of fabricating porous metal materials was developed. By blending metal powder with an organic solvent and then foaming with H2O2, the porous materials were produced. The porosity and pore size distribution were, easily controlled. A simple biomimetic deposition method was used for fabricating coatings on porous materials. In the same condition, the deposited coatings showed different morphology on different characteristic surfaces. On the smooth surface with lower surface energy, the seeded crystals although were fewer grew well. On the sharp or the edge surface, the surface energy was higher and the crystal growth was inhibited and formed microcrystalline clusters.
