摘要
Additive manufacturing is the process of fabrication of components with precise geometric shapes. In additive manufacturing, Fusion Deposition Modeling (FDM) was an effective method to fabricate metal and non-metals. It was one of the fastest methods used in the manufacturing of prototypes. The polycarbonate (PC) has more attractive properties such as high strength, toughness, and high-temperature resistance. It was added to the aluminium 7068 alloys through the fusion deposition modeling technique. The adhesive strength between polycarbonate and aluminium were found through the peel test. The adhesive strength was measured with the change of peel angle, speed, and peeling force. The maximum adhesive strength and optimal factors were analyzed through the Taguchi method. The contribution of factors on peel strength or adhesive strength was determined through variance analysis. (c) 2021 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
