摘要：
With the development of the Internet, e-commerce has begun to grow. The continued development of electronic business needs a good support for cash flow management system. Based on this, the design and implementation of the electronic commerce cash flow management system were carried out in this paper. The related basic concepts were firstly introduced. Then, the business needs of the business enterprise cash flow management system were studied. According to the demand, the management system was established and tested. The conclusion is that the system prevents and manages the financial risks, improves the efficiency of the use of funds and liquidity of the enterprise, and enhances the overall competitiveness of enterprises in the market.
