摘要：

Important area of the Emergency Medical Services effectiveness is not only the Pre hospital emergency medical care success rate, but also the way, how they are economical with their financial sources. Basic principles and rules are the same for every Emergency Medical Service, but they vary according to economical reality of the founder and also according to specifics of supported region. Real results are different a lot and therefore there is the effort to find out some valid indicators which could help with the economy evaluation objectivity.
