摘要
General nonlinear functional differential equations are considered. Explicit criteria for contraction of such equations are presented. Then explicit criteria for global exponential stability of equilibria and for existence, uniqueness, and global exponential stability of periodic orbits are derived. Some illustrative examples are given.
