High-efficiency deinking agents for ONP recycling

This article focused on the deinking agents with flotation/washing process in ONP recycling. The effect of 33 kinds of surfactants on deinking was discussed on experimental conditions, and some surfactants which function well in the process were found. The results showed that three-component and five-component deinking agents were less effective than two-component. The deinkability of the two-component deinking agents, e. g. deinking agents containing FA-20 50% and S-123 50%, A-9 30% and S-123 70%, P-10 70% and S-123 30%, were better than that of the imported product.
