摘要
This paper study the robust H infinity predictive control for a kind of uncertain singular systems with both input constraint and state delay. Firstly, a new bounded realness lemma(BRL) is established. Then, based on the BRL, we derived the sufficient condition which can make the closed-loop system robust stable and satisfy the given H infinity performance index.
