The Solid Solutions of (Cu1-YMY)2(OH)PO4 (M-Zn, Co, Ni)

摘要
Solid solutions of (Cu1-YZnY)2(OH)PO4 (0 Y 0.26), (Cu1-YCoY)2(OH)PO4 (0 Y 0.10), and (Cu1-YNiY)2(OH)PO4 (0 Y 0.08) were prepared. Phosphoric acid and mixtures of hydroxide carbonates were used as starting materials. The solid solutions crystallize in the orthorhombic system, space group Pnnm. The unit cell parameters of solid solution are close to those of Cu2(OH)PO4. The IR spectra of synthesized hydroxide phosphates are similar, indicating that they have the same structure. The significant Mg, Mn substitution for Cu was not observed. The thermal decomposition of (Cu1-YCoY)2(OH)PO4 was studied.
