摘要：

We present a possibility to create a new type of practical detector for the use in radio astronomy at submillimeter wavelength. The sensitivity of the developed submillimeter SIS direct detector receiver is competitive the best semiconductor bolometer receiver for the same wavelength. The SIS direct detector works at 4.5 K instead of 0.1-0.3 K required for a bolometer.
