摘要：

The purpose of this article is the development of an integrated formative strategy of scientific oratory competence in university students of UNIANDES. It is developed in the participatory action-research modality and several methods and techniques are used, among which are: the analytical-synthetic method, historical-logical, modeling and the systemic method. The results of the research process become concrete, once its general objective is achieved, by developing a management strategy for the training of oratory competence and especially scientific oratory, based on the support of the results of the research developed by them.
