摘要
Working time is the main factor that affects human resources allocation. Manual order picking is a labor intensive work in distribution center. The time taken is determined by the goods weight, volume and height (the height which the goods are located). This research set up a function model between manual picking time and the weight, volume and height of the goods. All data were samples from on-the-spot manual picking time in the distribution center and Mat lab gradual regression simulation method was applied. Statistic test approves the high simulation precision of the model which is practically applicable on determination of manual picking time.
