Exploring the Application of BIM Engineering in Multi-project Main Body Collaborative Management Platform

As the domestic economy continues to grow steadily, the number and scale of construction projects continue to increase. Construction projects involve a lot of content and require close coordination between multiple departments. During the construction of the construction project, there is a lot of information transmission in every part of the construction. However, due to various objective factors, information distortion often occurs. Not only will it lead to inefficient work, but it will also leave a lot of security risks. The collaborative engineering project coordination mechanism needs to analyze the actual needs and actively create a collaborative management model with BIM technology as the core. This paper mainly discusses the BIM engineering application management ideas of the multi-project main body collaborative management platform, and puts forward opinions and suggestions based on the actual situation.
