A multi-agent based system framework for multi-project collaborative management

摘要
In the current business world, most of the construction companies usually need to manage multiple projects at the same time. With limited resources, how to improve the cooperation between different projects is the key of multi-project management. However, because of the complexity of managing multiple projects, using information system is the only effective way to bring synergy effect between projects. With thorough study of multi-project synergetic management's characters and its difference comparing to traditional project management, this paper is trying to built the framework of Multi-project Collaborative Management System based on Multi-agent Technology(MCMSMT), including system structure, implementation plan, and main functions. MCMSMT is an object-oriented system. It Will assist managers to carry out multiple projects management in a more intelligent and effective way.
