摘要
This study examined the relationship between organizational commitment and job burnout. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey of 322 employees of four companies. Results showed affective commitment was significant negative relate to the three dimensions of job burnout, and normative commitment was also significantly negative relate to emotional exhaustion and cynicism. Regression analysis indicated that when age and gender were controlled, affective commitment had a significant negative effect on cynicism and diminished personal accomplishment, and normative commitment also did on cynicism, however, continuance commitment had a significant positive effect on diminished personal accomplishment.
