摘要
This paper deals with an evaluation of energy consumption of the flat rolling processes with the definition of fuel, electric energy, rolls and water consumption for the section mills, heavy, medium, light and billet mills, wire and plate mills, hot and cold strip mills. The selected wide-strip mills which are in use since 1969 are also analyzed with the focus on evaluation of tendency of energy consumption according to the generalized criteria like power of electric motors/1 meter of roll body length and power of electric motor/max. rolling speed.
