摘要
An ultra-compact TM-pass polarizer is experimentally demonstrated by using PhC nanobeam structure. The TE mode is reflected with an extinction ratio over 20.4 dB, while the TM mode propagates through with a 0.7-dB insertion loss. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
