摘要：

A quality assurance standard known as quality function deployment (QFD) is discussed. This is an effort to translate the needs of customers into finished products. One of the definition of QFD is that it is a method for structured product planning and development that enables a development team to specify clearly the customer's wants and needs, and then to evaluate each proposed product or service capability systematically in terms of its impact on meeting these needs.
