摘要
The workability of alkali activated-carbonatites-slag grouting materials with different proportioning was studied, in which Marsh cone flow time and mini-slump in combination with conventional gelation time test were adopted to characterize the apparent viscosity and yield stress of the materials. It was observed that the effect of the concentration of sodium silicate solution on the workability of the materials was similar to that of the slag addition, when the concentration of sodium silicate solution or slag addition was increased, the gelation time and mini-slump of the materials were decreased and the Marsh cone flow time was prolonged, i.e. the apparent viscosity and yield stress of the materials were enlarged. In addition, they were further increased markedly along with time. The above phenomena indicate that the flowability of the materials becomes worse rapidly with the increase of the concentration of sodium silicate solution and slag addition. When the modulus of sodium silicate solution or the amount of added setting retarder was increased, both the gelation time and the duration with good flowability of the materials was broaden, with their initial apparent viscosity and yield stress being changed a little.
