Technology Upgrading Paths of Chinese Important Technical Equipment Manufacturing Industry

The paper analyzes the strategy that demanders adopt when they purchase or repeated purchase the foreign important technical equipment. It points out that the repeated purchase of demanders and the technology control of domestic manufactures lead to the structural confliction of Chinese important technical equipment manufacturing industry, and also result in the weak digestive absorption of the foreign imported technical equipment. The paper thus proposes that backed by the construction of national momentous projects, the policy approach should be used to restraint the demander behavior, and to improve the technology standard of the Chinese important technical equipment manufacturing industry.
