摘要：
The cation of the title compound, [Ir(eta(5) - C5Me5)Cl(C12H8N2)]-CF3SO3, contains a half-sandwich (eta(5)-C5Me5)Ir-III fragment coordinated in a kappa N-2 manner by the N atoms of a 1,10-phenanthroline ligand. The diimine ligand is inclined at an angle of 62.6 (4)degrees to the plane of the pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ligand.
