摘要：

The robust stability for A class of systems with time-varying norm-bounded structure uncertainties and time-varying delays is dealt with. Under the assumption that,the uncertain parts are norm-bounded, some stability criteria are devised by taking the relationship between the terms in Newton-Leibniz formula into account. Since appropriate free matrices are selected by means of linear matrix inequalities, the criteria are effective for such systems.
