Nail dermoscopy is helpful in analyzing nail disease with an enhanced visualization of the clinical aspects of nail diseases and to follow the prognosis and result of the therapy, especially with the possibility to observe the new nail formation.1 As in skin diseases, dermoscopy was initially used in the management of nail melanocytic lesions, but in the last few years, its utility has expanded to general nail diseases and is used routinely in daily practice.
