摘要
With the development of industrial automation, assembly line is widely used in manufacturing system. Assembly line balancing problem directly affects the productivity of the whole manufacturing system. Since equilibrium rate is a quantitative index to evaluate assembly line, the main indexes of the equilibrium in the assembling line am analyzed, and three classifications of assembly line balancing problem arc summarized. In the actual situation of assembly process, optimizing a certain goal may cause the neglect of relevance of other goals, so a dual-objective optimization model is proposed. SA algorithm is applied to solve the assembly line balancing problem. The simulation results show the feasibility and availability of the assembly line balancing optimization based on simulated annealing (SA) algorithm..
