摘要
We report the development of five polymorphic microsatellite loci from the aphid Dysaphis plantaginea, a serious pest on apple. Using a multimotif enrichment protocol, we have isolated loci that are proving to be valuable tools for studying aphid movement at both between-county and within-orchard scales.
