摘要
In this work, Fe55-xCo10Zr10W5B20Mox (x = 0, 2 and 4 at.%) bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) were successfully prepared from industrial raw materials. The alloy with 0 at.% Mo exhibits very high thermal stability with the glass transition temperature of 884 K and supercooled liquid phase region width of 108 K. The electrochemical tests in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution show that the corrosion resistance of the present Fe-based BMGs is much better than 316L SS and further the alloy of 2 at.% Mo have the highest corrosion resistance among the present Fe-based BMGs. The wear test shows that the friction coefficient and wear rate of the present Fe-based BMGs are obviously lower than those of 316L SS and have a decreasing trend with increasing the Mo content, which is well positively correlated with the microhardness of the alloys.
