摘要
Four species of catenicellid and schizoporelloid Bryozoa are described from the Cenozoic rocks of western Kachchh, Gujarat, India. Ditaxipora lakriensis n. sp. and Catenicellid gen. et sp.indet.' are new to science and Tetraplaria tuberculata Canu & Bassler, 1920 and ?Malakosaria sp. are reported for the first time in these rocks. As regards provincial relations, Ditaxipora lakriensis, Vatenicellid gen. et sp. indet.' have Indo-Pacific affinities, while Tetraplaria tuberculata is an Atlantic element.
