摘要
The transformation of barley wastes and solid poultry manure to a fertiliser using a co-composting process is reported in this work. Determinations of chemical and physicochemical parameters as well as biological tests were performed. The co-compost was mature in 103 days. The final pH of the co-compost was 8.72 and the C/N ratio was 13. The percentage of germination obtained using the co-compost varied with the seeds used. It was 186% for ryegrass seeds, 85.74% for wheat seeds and 103% for barley seeds. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
