摘要:
The pattern of cation distribution in the spinel structure and its effect on defect formation in oxygen nonstoichiometry are discussed with reference to zinc, nickel, and copper ferrites. The connection is traced between the nature of cations in tetrahedral sites and the nature of the resulting defects and their charge state when the deviation from stoichiometry is toward an oxygen deficit.
