摘要
The phenomenon of dominance influences not only the specific behaviour of animals, but also the physiological processes in the body, mainly within adaptation functions. The study demonstrates that the intensity and range of the physiological changes depend on the social positions of the individuals in the herd or group. During psychosocial stress the highest hormonal activity within stress hormones was observed in the following order: in subdominants, subordinates, dominants and - in the lowest degree - in marginal members of the herd.
