A review, with 62 refs., of methods for recovering Au as well as Ag, Pd, Cu and Ni by leaching with acid solns. in presence of CN ions halogenides, (NH2)(2)C-5 or S2O3 ions and following reextn., adsorption, ion-exchange, cementation or electrodeposition.
