摘要
5G is the next mobile generation expected to be commercially available by 2020. This work addresses the influence of the delay spread in TDL and CDL channel models for a downlink 5G MIMO system, in order to better understand their behavior. The performance is evaluated in terms of BER and throughput through link-level simulations. Results show how the different DS values impact the performance of the system when using TDL and CDL channels and are valuable when designing 5G communication systems.
