摘要
In the field trial conducted during rabi 1990 using eight treatments, neem cake extract 5 per cent, neem seed kernel extract 2 per cent, Prosopis leaf extract 10 per cent, Acacia leaf extract 10 per cent, plantomycin 500 ppm, plantomycin 1000 ppm, and Bacillus subtilis were sprayed twice at weekly intervals. Xanthomonas campestris pv, oryzae was inoculated 48 hrs prior to spraying. Neem cake extract 5 per cent, neem seed kernel extract 2 per cent and plantomycin 1000 ppm were very effective, recording bacterial blight intensity grade of I, 1 and 1 respectively as against 3.5 in control and yield of 2650, 2950 and 3100 kg/ha respectively as against 2300 kg/ha in control. In the field trial conducted during rabi 1991 with the same treatments and procedure, neem cake extract 5 per cent and neem seed kernel extract 2 per cent controlled bacterial blight pathogen, exhibiting bacterial blight intensity grade of 5 and 5 respectively as against 8 in control and yield of 3207 and 3120/kg/ha respectively as against 1213 kg/ha in control.
