摘要：
Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP), which is characterized by fever, chills, rigors, and tiny sterile pustule formation on skin, is a rarely seen dermatose in childhood. Herein, we present a 20-months-old boy diagnosed with GPP based on the typical clinical and histopathological findings. The patient completely recovered after 2.5 months of oral acitretin therapy.
