摘要：

In this paper, the generalized inverse eigenvalue problem and the associated approximation problem for the generalized reflexive matrices are investigated, and the expressions of the general solution are obtained. Meanwhile, an algorithm for the approximation problem is proposed. The results illustrated well by numerical example generlize some recent conclusions.
