摘要
This paper demonstrates, a new way to research foreign direct investment. Firstly, it uses the method of factor analysis to transform the original variables into three principal factors which includes more than 80% of the information included in the original variables, thus avoiding correlativity of the original data; Then, it uses hierarchical cluster analysis to generate a dendrogram which makes it easy to evaluate the effect of foreign direct investment (FDI).
