摘要：

In the modern society, economic development and cultural progress cannot separate from talent training in colleges and universities. In terms of sports talent training, with the reform of sporting events and means and mode of education in institutions of higher learning, sports talent training mode in various colleges and universities in China should be innovated. This paper analyzes various development patterns of sports talent training in colleges and universities based on training features of sports talent and puts forward several innovation and optimization measures on this basis, aiming at helping colleges and universities train more sports talents and do little bit to help the development of Chinese sports cause.
