摘要
Aiming at a series of problems of ordinary 3D printers, such as low accuracy, high price, and slow printing speed, we have studied the printing principles, printing methods and printing results of 3D printers currently on the market, and independently developed a DLP 3D printer control system based on Arduino. The design structure and working principle of the DLP 3D printer are introduced, and the 3D printer control system is designed according to the automation requirements, including the main function design, hardware system design and software system design. We build the electromechanical integrated development environment of the lower computer on the Arduino Uno board, and write the graphic user interface code of the industrial computer with the help of Qt software. The firmware in the Arduino Uno board communicates with the industrial computer software to realize the functions of remote monitoring, energy correction and parameter setting. The final system can print high-precision parts in a short time, and the price is low, also has good industrial application value.
