Development and Business Support of Innovative Enterprises in the Russian Federation

The attention of state authorities to innovative enterprises is growing and will increase. This year, the volume of state support for the innovative development of enterprises in the Russian Federation has increased 10-times New enterprises are being created, production of innovative products is being established. This year, the quota for government purchases of innovative products has been increased to 20% of all state orders. And this is a guaranteed sale of products produced by the sphere. Support for the development of innovative enterprises by the state goes in several directions, which considers the mechanism of balancing costs and results for an individual producer. The article presents a method called "pricing by marginal cost", since establishes the relationship between the price of an innovative product and the marginal costs of its production. Thus, the condition expresses the economic equilibrium between supply and demand, specifically - the volume of the innovative product, in which equilibrium is established, which shows the need to compensate the losses of the enterprise. In the future, the presented method can be used for the analysis of innovative enterprises that have a social orientation.
