摘要：
The human capital is very crucial for enterprises' survival and development, whereas to measure its returns is also complicated. This paper, firstly, separates the enterprise's human capital investment into three respects: moving investment, health care investment and training investment. Then carry on deep analysis to how to measure each return of these three respects, and structure a model of return on enterprise's human capital investment through calculating costs and returns in order to offer a tool of measurement that can be operated for enterprise's investment in human capital.
