摘要：
In 2003, the Britain proposed the concept of Low-carbon Economy first. And in 2008, developing low-carbon economy became international consensus and target of adjustment of industrial structure for most countries all over the word, with the subject of World Environment Day being defined as Transforming on Traditional Value, Pursuing Low-Carbon Economy. According to function of Beijing agriculture, promoting low-economy in Beijing creation agriculture is in accordance with tendency of development on Beijing agriculture in the future. This essay makes analysis on concept of low-carbon economy and creation agriculture in Beijing, showing positive significances of low-carbon economy.
