摘要
This paper gives an overview about the current status of the Micro Aerial Vehicle (MAV) project AutoMAV. This project is being conducted by the leading German MAV research institutions and led by the Institute of Aerospace Systems of the Technical University Braunschweig. It is carried out within the German National Aerospace Program 2003-2007. The goal of the project is the development of a very agile, fully autonomous fixed-wing outdoor MAV for observing airports and other critical facilities.
