摘要
This paper presents a modification to the method of Volterra series for distortion analysis. A necessary step in Volterra analysis is the expansion of the the basic nonlinearities in Taylor series. By replacing the Taylor series with a different polynomial expansion, the Chebyshev series, the capabilities of Volterra analysis are improved. We use the proposed method to analyze the intermodulation distortion of a CMOS RF power amplifier.
