摘要
The use of modern filtering ceramics which is considered as an effective means of energy conservation was discussed. The parameters measured during operation of the filters includes, the density of the pulp, the feed to the filter, the moisture content of the cake and the content of the solids in the filtrate. The permeability of new ceramic filtering elements was tested, which shows that the permeability of the pores in the ceramic elements decrease over time and tends to equal out, regardless of the diameter of the pores. The development of new technology have made it possible to control the production process and realize the desired parameters in the filters.
