摘要
Recrystallization process was studied on cold-rolled high temperature shape memory alloy of Ti51Ni13Pd36 to improve its mechanical properties and the shape memory effect. It was found that recovery of the cold-rolled alloys took place at about 673K and the recrystallization temperature was about 723K. The average grain size decreased with the increase of annealing temperature when it was lower than 923K and then increased when higher than 923K. The smallest average grain size with 3.5 mu min diameter was obtained.
