摘要
Low-carbon technology innovation is the key to process low-carbon economy, so is the fundamental requirement of ecological civilization construction, while there is a lack of financial support in this field. This paper, taking enterprise low-carbon technology innovation as object, analyses the characteristics of low-carbon technology innovation (such as risk return), defines the stakeholders of low-carbon technology innovation, and forms the financial-supporting model with the approach of complex adaptive systems theory and technology innovation theory. And raise practical suggestions to ease the tense of financial fund for low-carbon enterprise, which would eventually be beneficial for constantly long-term development of low-carbon innovation enterprises.
