A dynamic integration of CAPP and production scheduling based on concurrent engineering

摘要
In order to rapidly respond to the market requirement and reduce the cost, the potential of the integration of CAPP and production scheduling is mined. Considering the facts that the operations optimal design often consumed most time in production preparative time, the treatment of unexpected events was passive in production and those optimized operations possibly had to be redesigned in a large scope, a dynamic integration of CAPP and production scheduling based on concurrent engineering is presented. In the new method, those aforementioned problems can be overcome using operations subsection algorithm and the extended event-driven rescheduling algorithm. A state that CAPP and production scheduling completed synchronously can be realized. A prototype of the system is built and a case is used to validate the proposed approach.
